Today I’m with Anuka Gazara-Anthony. Anuka is a Mindfulness teacher and Leadership & Wellness Coach who combines organizational leadership, programme management and hypnobirthing in her work.
She has supported and advised executives in a diverse range of organizations, including the United Nations and the International Labour Organization, with work taking her across Europe and Africa.
Anuka’s work is committed to strengthening the inner resilience and wisdom of leaders using mindfulness-based leadership and emotional intelligence. Her experience demonstrate how strategy, culture and human connection stimulates effective leadership, from the boardroom and the conference table to the dining table.
She holds a BA from the University of Queen Mary (University of London) a Master’s degree from the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Leadership from Said Business School at the University of Oxford.

Anuka’s Bio
Anuka Gazara-Anthony is a Mindfulness teacher and Leadership & Wellness Coach who combines her unique expertise and skills in organizational leadership, programme management and hypnobirthing to her work as a mindfulness-based leadership coach.
She mentors and leads training for executives, entrepreneurs and individuals in becoming confident mindful and effective leaders.
For over 10 years Anuka has worked in areas of human resources and program management as well as in an executive officer role supporting and advising executives in government and international organizations which includes the United Nations and the International Labour Organization.
Across these roles, she has worked in different countries in Europe and Africa. These experiences has shown her how strategy, culture and the human connection can influence and impact how leaders can work with their employees with more effective leadership. Furthermore, it highlighted the positive influence effective leadership can have on the lives of so many people from their conference tables to their dining tables.
Anuka has over 20 years experience of mindfulness meditation practice of various forms of meditation. Anuka is committed to strengthening the inner resilience and wisdom of individuals, executive teams, business groups and boards of directors using mindfulness-based leadership and emotional intelligence leadership coaching.
She holds a BA from the University of Queen Mary ( University of London) a Master’s degree (MA) from the School of Oriental and African Studies (University of London) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Organizational Leadership , Said Business School, from the University of Oxford.
